A NEW PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS AT VENTURA COLLEGE - FALL AND WINTER SEMESTER 2008

Mr. Isaacson will be teaching his new class in Photography at Ventura College on Tuesday and Thursday 1:30 -4:30pm and Saturday 9am- 3:00.

This class covers 35mm black and white FILM photography and how to make powerful, meaningful messages with dramatic intent.

The class includes lectures, discussions on image content and meanings and students will be using the wonderful darkroom facilities at Ventura College. Students must has a 35mm still film camera.

"THE KNOWING EYE, MOTION PICTURE AESTHETICS" - Jan 2008 CHECK UCLA CATALOG FOR EXACT DATES AT UCLA ENTERTAINMENT EXTENSION , 12 WEEKS, TUESDAY 7PM-10PM

This class has become an undergound film and television cult meeting place for anyone interested in making powerful film, commericals and shots.

The winner of the 2006 MTV Male Music Video Awards was a student in this class. Many of the shorts shot for this class have won pretigious festival awards.

This class is not a production "how to" technique workshop and will not be discussing how to use cameras, equipment, lights, editing machines etc.
